Culture Clashes at Work – Fact or Fiction?

I read a lot of articles about workplace dynamics and how the current rate of unhappiness at work hovers around 70%!  

70% – wow!  This means that almost 3 out of 4 workers spend more than half their waking hours in a state of unhappiness.  Put another way, if you happen to be in the 25% of happy workers, you’re surrounded by unhappy colleagues.  If you’re in the 70%, it’s a miserable place to be.
