What do Project Participants need to Know?

This half day workshop provides an introduction to function point counting principles and prepares project participants for function point counting. This course is intended to increase the productivity of the actual counting sessions and brief project managers, analysts, managers, customers, business analysts, and others who may be involved in a function point count.

This does not replace the two day “Hands-On Function Point Analysis” course, it simply introduces the Function Point concepts to familiarize professionals with the terminology and approach used in function points.
